Steven Risner

Steven Wayne Risner, 39, of Bartlesville, OK, passed away early Tuesday morning, January 10, 2023, at his home.

Steven was born April 20, 1983, at Ada, Oklahoma, to Steven Powell Risner and Charlotte (Wallach) Risner.  He spent the first 12 years of his life in Ada, moving with his family to Bartlesville 28 years ago. Steven attended Bartlesville Schools and later, home schooled.

He loved music and was an avid musician, playing guitar in several local bands. Steven had worked as an electrician’s helper with Oil Capitol Electric.

Survivors include his parents, Steve & Charlotte Risner of Bartlesville; two sisters, Amanda Welborn of Bartlesville and Deeanna Risner of Ada; other family and many friends. Steven was preceded by his grandmothers, Genevieve Wallach and Emma Katherine Risner.
