Kinneth Henry

Kinneth Wayne Henry passed away Monday, October 19, 2020 in Miami, Oklahoma. He was born November 27, 1933 at Boles the son of Jesse Amos Henry and Audie Veda (Dunn) Henry. He was raised in Oklahoma and moved from Tulsa to Bluejacket in 1977. Wayne married Glenel Howard on December 25, 1953 at Oak Grove in Wagoner County. During his working years he was a grounds keeper at Southern Hills golf course for twelve years. Wayne was later hired by LaFortune Park to be their grounds keeper where he worked until he retired in 1995. He was an outdoorsman and enjoyed farming, gardening, animals, visiting with people and was an avid wrestling fan.

Wayne was preceded in death by his mother, father, wife Glenel, and daughter Glenda.

Survivors include daughters, Ladonna Woodruff of Independence, Missouri, Linda Henry of Vinita; son, Ricky Henry of Vinita; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; brother, Robert Henry and wife Susan of Tulsa, and sister Vera Colbert and husband Mark of Tulsa.

Funeral services will be Saturday, October 24, 2020, 11:00 am at Luginbuel Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Max Adams officiating. Burial will be at 2:00 pm at Floral Haven Cemetery in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
