Judith Ann “Judy” Wallace, 86, of O’Fallon, Missouri and formerly of Bartlesville, Oklahoma passed away on February 12, 2026. 

Judy was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on December 22, 1939, to Daniel “Dan” Mangan and Margaret “Peg” (Burns) Mangan. Judy grew up in Borger, Texas, graduated from Borger High School and attended Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas. Judy married James Brown “Jim” Wallace in August of 1961 and together lived in Borger, Bartlesville, Tokyo and Brussels. Judy moved to O’Fallon in 2014.

Judy is survived by her brother - Jack Mangan and his wife Carol of Midland, Texas; children - Anthony James Wallace and his wife, Jennifer of The Woodlands, Texas; Joseph Michael Wallace and his wife, Jill of Wentzville, Missouri; and Ann Patrice Stafford and her husband, Keith of O’Fallon, Missouri; grandchildren - Daniel Wallace and his wife Megan of Peoria, Illinois; Kathryn Keimig and her husband Scott of Crosby, Texas; Hope Wallace of Denver, Colorado; Andrew Stafford of St. Charles, Missouri; J Keenan Wallace of Albuquerque, New Mexico; Michael Stafford of St. Charles, Missouri; William Stafford of O’Fallon, Missouri; and Ava Skyers of Lorton, VA; and great-grandchildren - Theodore John Wallace and Arwen Nicole Keimig.

Preceding her in death are her parents, Dan and Peg Mangan; sister, Mary Helen Markee, and husband, Jim Wallace.She was an active member of St. John’s Catholic Church in Bartlesville and worked at the school.

Funeral Mass will be held 10am, Saturday, February 21, 2026 at St. John’s with Fathers Leonardo Morales and Jack Unsworth, officiating and assisted by Deacon Tony Wallace. Interment at Memorial Park Cemetery will follow a reception at Father Lynch Hall. Visitation and a Vigil Service with Rosary will be held at 6pm, Friday, February 20, 2026 at Arnold Moore & Neekamp Funeral Home Chapel, with family receiving guests until 8pm.
