John Rubison

John Estel Rubison passed away on March 18, 2023, in Bartlesville, Oklahoma.  John was born on February 21, 1951, in Bartlesville to Mary Park and Jack Rubison. He was raised by his maternal grandparents, George Urmson and Gertrude Park, on a farm west of Ramona, Oklahoma. John attended Ramona Public Schools, graduating in 1969. He worked in the oil fields as a young man, and later attended Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma.

John is preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, sister Nola Ann Nicholas, and son John Rubison. He is survived by his aunt Maxine Morrison.
