Joann Coleman, 87, of Bartlesville, OK passed away Sunday morning, May 21, 2023, at The Journey Home Hospice House.

Joann was born August 22, 1935, in Bartlesville, to Floyd A. Bailey and Mollie L. (Bridges) Bailey. She grew up and received her education in Bartlesville.  On December 19, 1953, Joann marred David Coleman.  The couple owned and operated Industrial Electric, where Joann served as office manager.

Joann was of the Baptist faith.  She enjoyed dancing and caring for her horses and dogs.  She was a lady who enjoyed her morning coffee, and her grandchildren were the apples of her eye.  Joann’s favorite pastime of all was mowing her yard aboard her zero-turn mower.

Survivors include her two daughters, Nancy Clopp and her husband, Rick of Copan, OK and Cheryl Johnson of Dewey, OK; one sister-in-law, Donna Bailey of Bartlesville; five grandchildren, Lacey Easterling and husband, Jeremiah of Bartlesville, Daniel Shaffer and wife, Sami of Bartlesville, Michelle Porter and husband, John of Ralston, OK, Kenny Florence and wife, Courtney of Texas and Chris Florence of Bartlesville; and four great-grandchildren.  Joann was preceded in by her parents; by her husband, David on August 18, 2018, and by a great-grandson.

Graveside services will be held at 2pm, Friday, May 26, 2023, in Bartlesville Memorial Park Cemetery with Pastor Orville Moody officiating.  Services and interment have been entrusted to Arnold Moore & Neekamp Funeral Home.  Visitation will be 9am – 7pm, Thursday and family will be present to greet friends from 5-7pm.  To send an online condolence, visit www.honoringmemories/bartlesville.com.
