Janet Lynn Street

Janet Lynn Street, 68, of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on January 20, 2026, at The Journey Home in Bartlesville.

Janet was born on September 13, 1957, to John Robert Street and Violet Lee (Gailey) Street in Culver City, California. She grew up in California and joined the United States Army in 1983 in Los Angeles, California. In 1989, Janet moved to Bartlesville, where she made her home. Janet worked as a certified nursing aide and a certified medical assistant in healthcare.

Janet loved adventure and travel. She loved spending time with her family and going on adventures, whether it be a trip to a local museum or the beach. In her free time, she enjoyed camping, going to the lake, and floating down the Tahlequah River. She loved spending time with grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and her dog, Pugsly. Janet was an avid Disney fan and loved anything Disney. She also enjoyed traveling with her long-time best friend, Pam. Janet will be missed by all that loved her.

Janet is preceded in death by her parents: John Robert Street and Violet Lee Street; her brother: Robert Street; and her dog: Biggie.

A Celebration of Janet’s life will be held on Saturday, February 7, 2026, at 1:00 PM in the chapel of Arnold Moore & Neekamp Funeral Home in downtown Bartlesville with Pastor Chris Humby officiating.
