Garry Allen Duffield, 66, of Bartlesville, Oklahoma died Thursday morning, September 4, 2025, at his home.
Garry was born October 17, 1958, to Jessie “Pete” Duffield and Imogene Lavina (Hensley) Duffield in Welling, Oklahoma. He grew up in the Tahlequah area and later moved to Barnsdall, Oklahoma. Garry moved to Bartlesville in 2009 and was a welder for Bill Smith’s Metal Processing.
He loved to fish and hunt, especially enjoying coon hunting. Gary could track any animal and was an excellent knifesmith and often made leather scabbards for his work. He enjoyed hanging out with friends and grandkids.
Garry is survived by his daughter, MaLicka Fowler and her husband, Logan of Bartlesville, four brothers, Floyd Duffield of Bartlesville, Darryl Duffield of Wagoner, Oklahoma, Kenny Stark and wife, Tami of Tahlequah, Oklahoma and Eddie Stark, also of Tahlequah; two sisters, Barbara Arnett and her husband, Jim of Arkansas and Retha Trammel and her husband, Walter of Bartlesville; and three grandchildren, Kaiden, EllaJo and Kolsyn Fowler. He was preceded in death by his parents; by four brothers, Bobbie, Wesley, Jim and Lloyd Duffield and by a sister, Brenda Duffield.
Graveside service will be held, 2pm, Friday, September 12, 2025, at Pawhuska City Cemetery in Pawhuska, Oklahoma with Johnny Jones officiating.
