Edna Lyons

Edna Della (Morrison) Lyons, 93, passed away at her home Tuesday, February 16, 2021 in Bartlesville, OK.

Edna Della Morrison Lyons was born January 6, 1928 to Jess and Lizzie (Fitzgerald) Morrison in Hogshooter, Oklahoma.  She attended Lee Square and Childers School.  She was united in marriage to Hugh R. “Bud” Lyons in Independence, Kansas 1947.

Edna and Bud made their home in Bartlesville, OK where they raised their daughter, Beverly.  She enjoyed reading about her family history and cleaning the house.

Edna is survived by her daughter; Beverly Swinford, 1 granddaughter; Karen Swinford, 1 grand dog; Frankie, and many more nieces, nephews, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; Jess and Lizzie, husband; Bud, a sister; Mary W. Morrison, brothers; Harold J. Morrison, Jess Morrison, Tom Morrison, & Kirk Morrison.
