Debra Gail Pipher

Debra Gail Pipher, 73, of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, passed away on December 17, 2025, in Bartlesville, OK, at Ascension St. John Jane Phillips Medical Center.

Debra was born in Bartlesville, OK, on January 23, 1952, to Albert Whittenburg and Clara Grace (Berryhill) Whittenburg. She grew up in the Dewey area and graduated from Dewey High School in 1970. Debra worked in numerous positions throughout her lifetime with some of the jobs including screenprint work, janitorial work, and worked in the cafeteria at St. John Catholic School for several years.

In her free time, Debra enjoyed hanging out with her friends, going to the casino, and watching her usual tv programs: The Price is Right and The Young and the Restless. She enjoyed tending to her houseplants and her dog, a chihuahua named Sheeba. Debra will be greatly missed by those who loved her.

Debra is preceded in death by her parents: Albert and Clara Whittenburg; her sisters: Linda Dean and Lana Sue Whittenburg, and her great-grandson: Tristan Daniel Tatum.

Those left to cherish the memory of Debra include her daughter: Wendi Tatum of Bartlesville, OK, her grandchildren: Devon Tatum and wife, Brittni of Bartlesville, OK, Debra Tatum of Bartlesville, OK, and Hunter Tatum and wife, Jacline of Skelly town, TX; her great-grandchildren: Carson Cole, Riley Tatum, Keegan Hudson, Kaylor Hudson, Draven Tatum, Kannin Hudson, Christopher Gillman, Aurora Tatum, Jordan Tatum, and Langley, Tatum; her sister: Jill Dicus; numerous nieces and nephews that meant very much to her, along with other family members and friends.

A visitation for Debra will be held on Monday, December 29, 2025, from 9:00 AM until 8:00 PM at Arnold Moore & Neekamp Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 30, 2025, at 1:00 PM, also at the funeral home. Arrangements are under the direction of Arnold Moore & Neekamp Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
