Charles Goforth

Charles E. Goforth Vinita resident passed away at Craig General Hospital in Vinita, OK on Monday, June 19, 2006. Born in Saint Louis, Missouri on November 9, 1935 to George and Fannie Rose (Bateman) Goforth. Mr. Goforth worked as a mental health aide at Eastern State Hospital and was a member of the Masons in Vinita. He is preceded in death by his parents George and Fannie Rose Goforth, his son Johnny Ray Goforth, and a brother George Goforth Jr. and a half brother Johnny Goforth. Survivors include his wife Arlene Goforth and three sons Charles Goforth Jr., Allen Goforth, both of Vinita, Henry Goforth of Ava, Missouri. Graveside services will be 10:00 AM on Saturday, June 24, 2006 at the Whites Creek Cemetery in Ava, Missouri.
