Billy Dean Rose, 55-year-old resident of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, passed away on Thursday, July 30, 2020.

Billy was born on November 5, 1964 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was the son of William Leon Rose and Elsie “Sue” Mae (Haynes) Rose Smith. Billy graduated from the Tulsa Public School System. He worked in the construction industry until he was in an accident which left him disabled.

Billy helped his mom take care of his stepdad when he got ill. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing, bowling, playing video games, watching wrestling and spending time with his family.

He was preceded in death by his father William Rose and one brother Lucky Rose.

Survivors include his mom Elsie Smith of Bartlesville, OK, two children; Brandon Rose and Kelsey Rose both of Bartlesville, OK, one brother; Tony Rose and wife Donna of Cleveland, OK, ex-wife Lisa and a host of friends.

Graveside service for Billy Rose will be held at 1:00p.m., Tuesday, August 4, 2020 at the Fairview Cemetery in Talala, Oklahoma with James Haynes officiating.
