Billy Don "BUZZY" Livingston, 67, of Vinita, passed away Friday, May 12, 2006 at his home. Born on March 10, 1939 in Estella, OK to Willie and Agnes Mae (Hunter) Livingston. A life long are resident Buzzy attended school through the 8th grade at Estella and then graduated from White Oak High School in 1958. He was owner/operator of Livingston L.P. Gas, Inc. for 23 years where he was the 1st Cherokee Indian to own a propane business. Also a farmer and rancher, Buzzy enjoyed watching his cattle and running his bulldozer also enjoyed visiting with his friends and teasing people. He also liked to drive around his land and look. Buzzy married Deena Marie Nichols on March 13, 1983 in Miami, OK. Survived by his wife; Deena Son-Shawn Livingston Daughters; Cindy and Eugene Tracy Rhonda and Micheal Barton Janey Livingston all of Vinita 4 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren 4 Brothers; Charles and Mildred Livingston of Tiajuana Dale Livingston of Zena Jerry and Beverly Livingston of Pryor Larry Mike and Kay Livingston of Oologah 1 Sister-Sue Johnson of Centralia Family to receive friends on Monday evening from 6-8 p.m. at Luginbuel Funeral Home Graveside Services will be 2:00 pm Tuesday, May 16, 2006 at the Big Cabin Cemetery With Brother Stanley Arnold, officiating Casket Bearers will be Shane Lambert, Leon Shamblin, Stephen Proctor, Stan Arnold, Micheal Barton, Jr. and Eugene Tracy Honorary Casket Bearers; Dwight Helm, Trace Helm, Bill Koon, Bud Durham, Larry Graves and Andy Sharp Family wishes memorials to be made to the Cancer Treatment Centers of America 2408 E 81st, Tulsa, OK 74137
