It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Annette V Rigsby who left us on February 4, 2026. Born on June 12, 1957 in Laramie, Wyoming, Annette moved to Bartlesville when she was 5 and continued to live in Bartlesville until her death and was active in First Baptist Church. She attended Bartlesville Public Schools and played saxophone in the band and jazz band in high school and participated in Girl Scouts. She received a degree from Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar, Mo. Annette was a beloved sister, friend and mother known for her kindness, generosity, and unwavering dedication to her family, friends and especially her son Daniel, who proceeded her in death in 2013. Annette was involved in his care for 20 years and championed the causes of children with disabilities. She enjoyed travelling with church friends and to visit with family. She touched the lives of many, leaving behind a legacy of love and cherished memories.
Annette is survived by 4 siblings: Lousie Lynch, Kathie Whyte, Margie Green, and Gene Ball. The family invites friends and loved ones to join them for a memorial service on February 11, 2026, at 2:00pm at Arnold Moore & Neekamp Funeral Home to celebrate and honor the life of Annette. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Shriners Hospital in Shreveport, LA in memory of her and her son Daniel.
Annette will be deeply missed, but she will forever remain in our hearts.
