Anita Jo Kimmel, 77, of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully on November 22, 2025, at the Journey Home in Bartlesville.

Anita was born to Carl Edward Bullick and Waneta Iva (Kite) Bullick on March 28, 1948, in Bartlesville, OK. She grew up in the area living in a few area towns including Ogelsby, Dewey, Tulsa, and Norman, OK, with her last residence being in Bartlesville.

Anita was known for her laugh and feisty and free spirit, her kindness, and the love for her Children Toby and Alissa. She also loved her OU Sooners and her cats Shadow and Missy of 22 years as well as all her friends and family over the years.

Anita was preceded in death by her parents: Carl E. Bullick and Waneta I. Greenwood; her stepdad: Lester Greenwood and her brothers: Carl Wayne Bullick and Mark Leon Bullick. Anita chose to not have a service, but instead wished to be buried next to her son Toby Kimmel in Oklahoma City, OK.

Those left to cherish Anita’s memory are her children: Toby Kimmel of Oklahoma City, OK and Alissa Kimmel of Seaford, DE; her granddaughter: Taylor Kimmel of Oklahoma City, OK; her brother: Danny Bullick of Ramona, OK; her sister in law: Claudia Bullick of Spring Hill, Tennessee; her nieces: Candice Wickham of Ochelata, OK, Mandy Page of Ramona, OK, Holly Knapp of Edmond, OK, and Stephanie Bullick of Spring Hill, TN; her nephews: Shane Bullick of Bartlesville, OK and Jon Michael Bullick of Spring Hill, TN.
